Mindy Suchinsky serves a wide range of clients in the areas of estate planning, estate and gift taxation, and probate and estate administration. In addition, she advises clients on issues relating to the elderly and those with special needs. Ms. Suchinsky began her career in the field of deaf education, working as a teacher and a principal in New York and Illinois. She also worked as an editor for Commerce Clearing House where she authored and edited publications in the areas of estate tax, gift tax and income tax.
After moving to Maryland, Ms. Suchinsky began practicing law and worked in various firms in Montgomery County that concentrate in the areas of business law, real estate and trusts and estates. She has been with West & Feinberg, P.C. since 1998. Ms. Suchinsky is a frequent speaker to charitable groups and other local groups in Montgomery County on the topics of charitable giving and estate planning and has served on the Boards of Directors of various charities.
Ms. Suchinsky received her B.S. in speech from Northwestern University in 1976; her Ed.M. in education from Harvard University in 1977; and her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law of Yeshiva University in 1983.
