Lucas Arciszewski focuses his practice in the area of estate planning.
Mr. Arciszewski counsels individuals and families on tax efficient strategies for wealth transfer. He prepares wills and a variety of trusts that enable clients to transfer their assets to future generations while minimizing estate and gift taxes.
Mr. Arciszewski received his J.D. from the George Washington University Law School in 2018. While in law school, he was an articles editor for the George Washington Business & Finance Law Review. In addition, he received his LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center in 2021.
Between earning his LL.M. and J.D., Mr. Arciszewski was a judicial law clerk for the Court of Common Pleas of Mercer County, Pennsylvania, providing legal research and analysis on civil disputes and was also responsible for auditing guardianship reports of estates of incapacitated persons.
He is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
